Rolling Suds is looking for a motivated and reliable Power Washing Technician to join our growing team! In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for delivering top-tier power washing services to our residential clients, ensuring every project is completed with precision, professionalism, and care.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

Perform power washing and soft washing services for driveways, siding, decks, fences, and other exterior surfaces
Ensure each job is completed safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards
Communicate professionally with homeowners to ensure satisfaction and answer questions
Maintain and operate pressure washing equipment and vehicles
Follow all safety protocols and job site procedures
Use mobile apps and technology for job tracking, documentation, and reporting

✅ What We’re Looking For:

1+ year of experience in pressure washing or related home services (window cleaning, landscaping, handyman work, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Self-motivated and dependable with a strong work ethic
Comfortable working outdoors and in a variety of weather conditions
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Able to pass a mandatory drug screening
Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
